Avi Narang commenced his real estate career in 2004. He has been involved in sales of Commercial & Multi-Family Properties with an emphasis on 1031 Exchanges in Los Angeles, Orange & Inland Empire. He capitalizes on his superb analytical skills and familiarity with the area to provide his clients with keen insight into the real estate market and its trends. Often times, he takes seller representation to another level by negotiating full and above asking prices for his clients & he takes buyer representation to another level by his client’s offer acceptance from multiple offers received by the listing agent.

Avi holds an MBA degree (major in Finance). He has been successful in many areas of Real Estate as a syndicator, investor, and manager of multi-family residential buildings as well as his own real estate portfolio. His strong work ethic, leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and keen marketing sense in conjunction with his real estate knowledge have made him an excellent commercial & multi-family senior investment associate.

He is familiar with market rate, affordable housing, senior housing & Section 8 and has worked on a variety of transactions. He always believes in working closely with owners and their management teams in order to position and strategize their marketing efforts to sell the property at its highest market value. He also believes in having a strong business plan that effectively carries out the client’s goals. He focuses on long-term planning, effective communication, and bridging the gap between all parties. He serves his clients by combining his ability to view real estate transactions from a very detail oriented, technical, and institutional perspective with practical and efficient solutions.

He cultivates relationships which serve his client’s investment interests, not just for today but for the recurring business that evolves quite naturally when you exceed client’s expectations under increasingly challenging and changing market conditions.
