Tom Papoulias
Managing Partner

With over 20 years of experience, Tom Papoulias is a managing partner of BRC Advisors and oversees the Downey office. Mr. Papoulias began his career at Marcus & Millichap where he received multiple outstanding achievement awards. From there, he joined Prudential Commercial Real Estate as President of Investments, where he was named top commercial broker GCI for the Western Region in 2005 and 2005. This award honors the top sales professionals in each region who had the top commercial GCI for the year. The award was presented at a ceremony attended by more than 50,000 real estate professionals from North America. In addition in the same years, Mr. Papoulias also received the prestigious Chairman's Circle- Diamond for the number #1 Broker in the United States in Commercial Sales. After his tenure at Prudential, he teamed up with a long time friend and colleague, Richard Enderlin to structure Papoulias | Enderlin Commercial Real Estate in September of 2005. With experience both as a successful broker and business owner, Mr. Papoulias brings both sales and management skills to BRC Advisors.

A native of San Diego, Mr. Papoulias received a degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. In his spare time, Mr. Papoulias enjoys attending San Diego Chargers home games where he has been a fan since 1962. He resides in Downey, California with his wife and two sons.
