Sam H. Grayeli
Managing Partner

Mr. Grayeli, managing partner of BRC Advisors, oversees the Beverly Hills office along with Mr. Houman Mahboubi. The Beverly Hills office primarily focuses on retail, multi-family, office sales, as well as landlord and tenant representation. Mr. Grayeli and Mr. Mahboubi are actively involved with the Beverly Hills community and are continually increasing their presence in the Golden Triangle. Their commitment to collaboration, integrity, and transparency have been an integral part of their establishment in Beverly Hills.

Mr. Grayeli began his real estate career at the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap, and he was one of the first agents selected to Marcus & Millichap’s intensive and selective Salesperson Internship Program (SIP). Mr. Grayeli excelled in this broad based training program, so much that he was the first SIP to become an Associate with the company after only 12 months of training. At Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Grayeli received numerous Sales Achievement Awards, and a National Achievement Award.

During his real estate brokerage career, Mr. Grayeli has successfully closed over 250 commercial transactions, with a combined value of over $200 million, on properties located in five states, and closed escrow within 5% of the listing price. Mr. Grayeli’s success comes from his ability to exchange his clientele out of their current properties into more profitable exchange properties. His reputation, experience and depth of knowledge have allowed him to work with principals and brokers from all over the United States. Mr. Grayeli’s experience includes retail and commercial transactions, in addition to specializing in multi-family transactions.

Mr. Grayeli received his Bachelor’s Degree in History with an emphasis in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. During his studies at U.C.L.A., Mr. Grayeli was a two-time NCAA Division I Champion in the sport of Water Polo, a two-time Collegiate All-American, and Team Captain.
