Richard Enderlin
Managing Partner

Mr. Enderlin joined BRC as a Managing Partner in 2007. After successfully running his own boutique brokerage firm, Papoulias | Enderlin Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Enderlin and Mr. Papoulias decided to merge forces with BRC Advisors. Mr. Enderlin started his career in commercial real estate in property management with Investors' Property Services and LB Property Management. He was part of the transition management team for Donald Trump in his acquisition of the Plaza Hotel in New York City in 1988. With 15 years of experience in management, he then transitioned into brokerage beginning his training at Marcus & Millichap Investment Corporate as a Broker Associate and then moved onto Prudential Commercial Real Estate as a Senior Investment Associate from 2001-2005. He was awarded the Chairman's Circle Award which is the highest honor possible in four of his five years with the firm. Enderlin has successfully brokered more than $250,000,000 worth of transactions and has created more than a billion dollars in equity for his clients.

In addition to holding a Broker's License in both California and Arizona, he will be receiving his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation during their annual conference in the Spring 2008.

Mr. Enderlin received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Pace University in 1987.

When he isn't in the middle of a real estate negotiation, Enderlin enjoys watching Los Angeles Lakers basketball games and sneaking in a round of golf whenever possible. He was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees for the all-girls Alverno High School in Sierra Madre, CA. He currently resides in Pasadena, California with his wife and daughter.
