Sean T. O’SheaManaging Director, Net Lease Group
Sean O’Shea, Managing Director of the BRC Advisors Net Lease Group, brings over 36 years of experience in real estate to our senior management staff. Prior to joining BRC Advisors, Mr. O’Shea was an Executive Vice President at a Santa Monica-based Net Lease Advisory. His experience ranges from serving as an officer and shareholder of a regional commercial brokerage firm in major markets on the East Coast to serving as a Senior Asset Manager for a $2 Billion private REIT in Santa Fe, NM with a personal portfolio responsibility of over $120 million of office, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
He has completed in excess of $880 million dollars of transactions throughout the country. He brings a track record of superb client/investor relationships and ‘hands-on’ management experience with nationally recognized real estate management companies throughout the country.
Mr. O’Shea is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; and has completed a number of Advanced Investment and 1031 Exchange workshops and ongoing course work to stay abreast of current developments in a range of real estate investment-related subjects.
He formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders’ Association of Philadelphia, NAHB; and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a member of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles and the Real Estate Section of the California Bar Association. He maintains real estate licenses in California, New Mexico and Colorado. He has served on the Advisory Conference Board of The Net Lease Forum and Net Lease Summit.
