Having began his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap, where he won numerous Sales Achievement Awards and a National Achievement Award, Mr. Grayeli believes cooperation is an essential component for all real estate professionals. This philosophy is not mere boilerplate; it is, instead, at the heart of his achievements, resulting in more than 265 commercial transactions (in five states) with a combined value of over $300 million.

A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Sam is also a NCAA Division I Champion in water polo, Collegiate All-American, as well as team captain.
