Houman Mahboubi

Houman Mahboubi is an honored leader within the commercial real estate industry, an executive whose personal values complement the professional ideals of BRC Advisors: communication, cooperation, trust, transparency and civic engagement. Along with Sam Grayeli, Houman oversees the Beverly Hills office for BRC Advisors with an emphasis on sales, purchases, management and leasing of commercial real estate.

Houman’s many accomplishments, including his extension of the BRC brand into Beverly Hills and the lasting partnerships that continue to ensue from that decision, are a testament to his belief in the power of relationships. By uniting tenants and property owners – by inspiring his colleagues and instilling a real sense of camaraderie – Houman successfully completes transactions that underscore the founding principles of BRC Advisors.

This commitment is also part of Houman’s volunteerism within Beverly Hills, where he is a member of the city’s Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Committee (EDC), Rodeo Drive Committee and The Maple Counseling Center. A proud husband and father, Houman is both in and of the community – Beverly Hills is home to the charities he supports, an area he cherishes.

Houman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
